Earlier this month, Debora Plehn-Dujowich had the opportunity to give a presentation to the AIPLA (American Intellectual Property Law Association) Chemical Practice Committee on the work of the AIPLA Genetic Resources and Traditional Knowledge Task Force.
Debora serves as Chair of the Task Force, which is made up of Association members from law firms and pharma/biotech companies who represent AIPLA at the World Intellectual Property Organization, the United States Patent and Trademark Office, and international meetings relating to genetic resources and traditional knowledge.
Debora is a Member of the Eckert Seamans’ Intellectual Property and Israel Practice Groups, where she assists clients in identifying, protecting, and enforcing their intellectual property in the life sciences space.
