Patricia Talarico has taken legal action against a property owner and business operator, alleging negligence that led to her severe injuries. On April 3, 2025, Talarico filed a complaint in the Court of Common Pleas of Delaware County, Pennsylvania, targeting Mans Realty LLC and Harbiye Turan, who operates under the name Sage Diner.

The case stems from an incident on June 12, 2023, when Patricia Talarico visited Sage Diner at 4400 Chichester Avenue in Boothwyn, PA. According to the complaint, she tripped over a piece of protruding metal on the walkway, resulting in serious injuries. The lawsuit accuses Mans Realty LLC and Harbiye Turan of failing to maintain safe premises for their patrons. "Defendants were aware of a piece of protruding metal on the walking surface," claims the filing. Talarico argues that this negligence resulted in injuries to her shoulders and right knee and caused significant emotional distress.

The complaint outlines several ways in which the defendants allegedly failed in their duty of care. These include not maintaining a safe walking surface, failing to warn about or barricade dangerous conditions, and neglecting to inspect or make timely repairs. The document further asserts that these failures have left Talarico with lasting physical and emotional scars. She has incurred medical expenses and anticipates future costs related to ongoing treatment.

Talarico seeks judgment against all named defendants—Mans Realty LLC, Harbiye Turan d/b/a Sage Diner, John Doe (1-10), and ABC Corporation (1-10)—for an amount exceeding arbitration limits. Her attorney argues that her injuries have caused her financial loss by preventing her from engaging in usual activities and duties.

Representing Patricia Talarico is Francis J. O’Neill Jr., Esquire from Groen Strokoff O’Neill LLC. The case is being overseen by the Court of Common Pleas in Delaware County under Case ID: CV2025003069.
