Morgan Lewis has been honored with the 2025 CX-cellence Award, recognizing organizations that create “outstanding client experiences through innovation, strategy, and bold ideas.” The firm was selected for a tailored and successful initiative that stemmed from its long-standing Client Feedback Program, which leverages feedback to elevate the client experience.

Winning entries were recognized for their impact, originality, and willingness to share both successes and challenges. Winners will be honored at the CXps Annual Conference on June 12.
