Fox Rothschild congratulates three partners and one business professional who were named honorees or finalists in The Legal Intelligencer’s 2025 Pennsylvania Legal Awards.
Mark L. Silow, Chair Emeritus, was named a Lifetime Achievement Award honoree. Silow served as Firmwide Managing Partner for 12 years and Chair of the Firm for six years, growing Fox Rothschild from a regional, Philadelphia-centered firm of 200 attorneys into a national firm of 1000 attorneys in 29 offices across the United States. He guided the firm through a period of ambitious growth, elevating it 103 spots in the Am Law 100. Silow engineered numerous mergers during his tenure. They included, most notably, the 2006 combination with Grotta, Glassman & Hoffman, which expanded the firm’s presence into California; the 2016 combination with Minneapolis-based Oppenheimer Wolff & Donnelly; and the 2018 combination with Smith Moore Leatherwood, its largest ever, resulting in the addition of 130 attorneys and offices throughout the Southeast.
Lauren P. McKenna, Managing Partner of our Philadelphia Office, was named a finalist for Office Managing Partner of the Year. McKenna led the move of 100 attorneys and 250 business professionals to Two Commerce Square after 40 years at 2000 Market Street. During McKenna’s tenure, the Philadelphia office has grown organically and through lateral hires, expanding its service offerings in strategic ways. McKenna is also a member of the firm’s Executive Committee and Co-Chair of its Title Insurance and Real Estate Litigation Practice Groups.
Mark G. McCreary, Chief Artificial Intelligence & Information Security Officer, was named a finalist in the category of Law Firm Innovators. McCreary leads development and implementation of the firm’s AI and information security strategy and is a sought-after speaker on the risks and opportunities that AI presents to the legal industry. A holder of multiple U.S. and international data-privacy certifications, he is Co-Chair of the firm’s Privacy & Data Security Practice and leads the firm’s Artificial Intelligence Practice.
Kaileeb Woodson, Senior Information Services Trainer, was named a finalist in the Diversity Initiative category. Woodson is Co-Chair of the firm’s Belonging Network, an employee resource group launched in 2024 that brings together lawyers and business professionals who share an interest in a broad range of cultures, traditions and perspectives. Woodson is also a member of the Core Class of 2025 of the Leadership Philadelphia, a nonprofit community service organization.
Winners will be honored at an awards ceremony in June.
