Fox Rothschild welcomes Andy Berger to the Exton, PA office as Counsel in the Corporate Department.
An experienced negotiator and dealmaker, Berger counsels business owners and senior leadership on complex transactions such as cross-border mergers and acquisitions and corporate restructurings.He focuses his practice on representing buyers and sellers of privately owned businesses in middle-market merger and acquisition transactions.
He also helps clients with commercial and corporate law matters.Berger's clients include family-run enterprises, private equity, independent sponsors and search funds in a variety of industries, including manufacturing, consumer goods and services, pharmaceutical, insurance, wireless communications, transportation, consulting and retail.He also works with businesses headquartered internationally that are looking to establish or expand operations in the U.S. Berger helps these clients navigate U.S. laws and regulations for entity formation, structuring and contracts.Berger earned his J.D. from Temple University James E. Beasley School of Law and his B.A. from Valdosta State University.Prior to attending law school, Berger served in the U.S. Air Force where he was an avionics technician on F-16 fighter jets for four years.Prior to joining Fox, he was a shareholder and Chair of Mergers and Acquisitions at a regional firm.
