Sunoco Pipeline fends off lawsuit for not obtaining 'pointless' permit

The Delaware Riverkeeper Network filed a motion for summary judgment against Sunoco Pipeline for not attaining a National Pollution Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permit for their Mariner East II Pipeline Project (ME2), presuming Sunoco was violating the Clean Water Act.
