PITTSBURGH – On June 24, a New York-based diamond company and its owner moved to dismiss a lawsuit launched by a resident of Allison Park alleging the company kept part of a cache of diamonds consigned for sale on his behalf.
Superior Court dismisses case alleging bone injury caused by needle biopsy
HARRISBURG – On June 29, the state Superior Court affirmed the ruling of a lower court to dismiss a lawsuit claiming that a doctor performing a needle biopsy on a patient’s prostate caused an injury that led to the deterioration of the patient’s pelvic bone.
