PHILADELPHIA – A federal judge has granted motions to dismiss from several defendants, in the civil rights violation case of a man who argues he was erroneously convicted of three murders, for which he served 28 years in prison.
PITTSBURGH – A Pittsburgh-area museum’s curator has reiterated claims that she suffered severe injuries in a fall on the center’s grounds, due to an alleged defectively-constructed staircase which also lacked a handrail.

PHILADELPHIA – A trio of defendants are seeking to have litigation brought by a Central Pennsylvania couple surrounding extensive ocular injuries the husband-plaintiff suffered after a baseball allegedly ripped through polyethylene safety netting and struck him in the right eye, transferred to the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania.
