Epileptic man who says Rodeway Inn kept him out because of service dog loses lawsuit
PHILADELPHIA – A case from a plaintiff who claimed he was refused booking at a Philadelphia hotel due to his epilepsy and the presence of his service dog, allegedly violating of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, has been dismissed through the granting of motions for summary judgment.
