An individual has filed a class-action lawsuit against G.E.C. Restaurant Management & Design LLC d/b/a Green Eggs Cafe and Green Eggs Cafe 1306 Inc. d/b/a Green Eggs Cafe for allegedly failing to pay proper wages.
