PITTSBURGH — A fraternity member is suing Alpha Epsilon Pi Fraternity Inc., Alpha Epsilon Pi - Alpha Kappa Chapter, and Charles Poe, fraternity organizations and master, citing alleged breach of contract and negligent infliction of emotional distress.
