PHILADELPHIA – Mexican restaurant chain Chipotle has hit back at the claims of a Philadelphia man who alleged he got food poisoning after dining at the company’s Wyncote location.
While being sued for $150,000 by a customer, Malik Pitts, who claims he got food poisoning, popular Mexican cuisine franchise Chipotle has filed a notice to remove the case from state court to district.
