Judge says plaintiff who broke leg at trampoline park should be provided site videos in course of discovery

PITTSBURGH – A plaintiff who allegedly suffered a broken leg through a “double jump” performed at a local indoor trampoline park has been granted a motion to compel further discovery in support of his case.

PITTSBURGH — A shopper is suing Giant Eagle Inc., Police Officer Matthew Coleman and the City of Pittsburgh, citing alleged violations of the Fourth Amendment, Pennsylvania Law Section 1983 False Arrest, Excessive Force, Malicious Prosecution, and ADA/Rehabilitation Act.
