University of Scranton wants to dismiss wrongful termination suit from former prof unvaccinated for COVID
SCRANTON – The University of Scranton and one of its former officials say that litigation from a former professor, who charged that his constitutional rights to privacy and bodily autonomy were violated when the institution attempted to force him to disclose his COVID-19 vaccination status, should be dismissed for failure to state a claim.
