PITTSBURGH – A Western Pennsylvania health care facility has again denied liability in litigation brought by a Mount Lebanon couple, who alleged the bottom level of their home was ruined when raw sewage accumulated there due to a line back-up caused by the defendants.
Taxi cab drivers group drops suit over new pick-up area rules at Philly International Airport
PHILADELPHIA – The vice-president of a nonprofit corporation representing local taxi cab drivers who filed suit against the City of Philadelphia, charging that its decision to modify where its drivers are positioned outside terminals at Philadelphia International Airport will cause irreparable damage to business, has voluntary dismissed its case for now.
Philadelphia and police officer deny they used excessive force on man in mental health crisis
PHILADELPHIA – The City of Philadelphia and one of its police officers have opposed allegations from a local man who claimed he was the victim of excessive force two years ago, when that same officer shot him three times during his suffering of a mental health episode.
