Woman maintains that ex-landlord's negligence resulted in ceiling collapsing on her

LANCASTER – A local woman has reiterated claims that her former landlord’s negligence resulted in the ceiling of her prior domicile collapsing on her, due to that landlord’s failure to repair a leak in her living room ceiling.

PITTSBURGH – A Western Pennsylvania man witnessed yelling about former President Donald Trump while listening to his car radio and stopped at an intersection last September, claims that Millcreek Township police officers then appeared at his residence and unlawfully arrested him for disorderly conduct and public drunkenness.

City of Lancaster and police officers deny they used excessive force on Maryland woman

ALLENTOWN – The City of Lancaster, the Lancaster Police Department and one of its police officers have motioned to dismiss litigation from a Maryland woman, who claimed she was the victim of excessive force from Lancaster police officers and suffered a broken arm in the process, when the police came to her residence and forcibly evicted her.
