PHILADELPHIA – A Clifton Heights woman maintains that Upper Darby Township has violated state and federal laws over the past two years by failing to notify hundreds and potentially thousands of drivers it issued parking tickets to of how they may contest those tickets, and that its rationale for wanting to dismiss the case is unfounded.
Suit: Chinese companies manufactured slitting machine which cut off plaintiff's thumb
PITTSBURGH – A Western Pennsylvania couple alleges that a pair of Chinese manufacturers defectively produced a machine used for cutting sheet metal, resulting in the husband-plaintiff losing his right thumb in the machine at work.

PITTSBURGH – A local man alleges his vehicle was impounded by Pittsburgh authorities and a towing company without allowing him a hearing before an impartial officer on the matter, thereby violating his due process rights under the U.S. Constitution, while the company has motioned for the suit to be dismissed.

PHILADELPHIA – A Delaware County man who sued a Japanese corporation and Home Depot for laceration and amputation injuries he alleges he suffered when operating a circular saw, has voluntarily dismissed his claims.
