Woman sues Victory Security, claims sexual harassment

PHILADELPHIA - A Pennsylvania woman is suing the security agency she worked for over alleged gender discrimination and sexual harassment.

Dora Schwarz filed a lawsuit June 29 in U.S. District Court for Eastern Pennsylvania against Victory Security Agency on allegations of discrimination and sexual harassment that she says occurred while she was working as a security guard in 2009.

According to the filing, a male co-worker made repeated sexual advances at the plaintiff after she asked him to stop. The plaintiff also alleges that her hours were reduced after reporting the harassment.

The plaintiff also claims she was eventually fired because of her complaint.

The plaintiff seeks a judgement in her favor for an unspecified amount of damages including back pay, front pay, salary, pay increases, bonuses and benefits.

She is represented by Penndel attorneys Wayne Ely, W. Charles Sipio and Timothy Kolman.
