PHILADELPHIA - A York County couple are suing their neighbors over a property dispute.
John and Carolyn McNulty filed a lawsuit June 29 in U.S. District Court for Eastern Pennsylvania against Robert Casero and Catherine Mary Hattenburg.
According to the filing, Casero and Hatternburg removed a fence on the McNultys' property and installed a driveway that is partially on the McNultys' land, both done without permission.
The plaintiffs are seeking a judgment in their favor to determine the property boundaries and are requesting that the court require the defendants to remove the driveway.
The plaintiffs are also seeking damages relating to the removal of the fence, additional relief, attorney’s fees and court costs.
The couple are represented by John Mahoney of the law firm Siana, Bellwoar & McAndrew in Chester Springs.
