Management, owners of a Newtown Square apartment building sued over slip and fall at the structure’s parking lot

PHILADELPHIA – An Arizona woman is suing an apartment company, claiming she was hurt in a slip and fall.

Tanya Defelice filed a lawsuit Jan. 28 in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania against Aritom Properties, Artiom Management, Thomas A. Verdi, doing business as Aritom Properties and Aritom Management, and Grace E. Verdi, alleging that when the plaintiff resided at a complex in Boothwyn, she fell on snow and ice in the parking lot on Feb. 14, 2014, and was injured due to the defendants' negligence.

Defelice is suing for damages and is being represented by attorney Robert A. Gelinas of Philadelphia.
