PITTSBURGH — The federal government is suing Karen I. Miller, last known to have lived in Mount Oliver, claiming alleged default on a loan.
The United States of America filed a complaint on April 21 in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania against Karen I. Miller, alleging failure to comply with obligations under a loan agreement contract.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that it has not receive payment for a debt in the total amount of $4,904.37. The plaintiffs holds Karen I. Miller responsible because the defendant allegedly failed to make payment for her indebtedness.
The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment in its favor and against the defendant in the amount of $4,904.37, plus pre-judgment and post-judgment interest, attorney's fees and any other relief the court deems just and proper.
