Federal government alleges default in loan payment

Late 07

PHILADELPHIA — The federal government unit is suing William J. Rose, a Phoenixville resident, citing alleged default in payment.

The United States of America filed a complaint on May 9 in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania against Rose, alleging that the Phoenixville resident allegedly violated the loan agreement.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that it has suffered damages for not collecting payment in the amount of $15,229.11. The plaintiff holds Rose responsible because the defendant allegedly failed and refused to pay his obligations under a loan agreement.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against the defendant in the amount $15,229.11, plus a filing fee in the sum of $150, plus interest from the date of judgment until paid in full and costs of the suit. It is represented by Thomas I. Puleo of KML Law Group PC in Philadelphia.
