HARRISBURG — A New Jersey company is suing Modular Steel Systems Inc., a Pennsylvania organization, citing alleged breach of contract.
Hotel Investors, LLC filed a complaint on June 30, in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania against Modular Steel Systems, Inc. alleging that the Pennsylvania organization breached its contractual agreement with the plaintiff.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that Hotel Investors LLC suffered damages to its business as a result of its contractual agreement being breached by misappropriation of its property. The plaintiff holds Modular Steel Systems Inc. responsible because the defendant allegedly sold units already paid for by the plaintiff to third parties.
The plaintiff seeks enjoin the defendant from selling, transferring, alienating or exercising any further control over any assets, and any further relief the court grants. It is represented by Samuel E. Cohen of Gross McGinley, LLP in Allentown, Pennsylvania.
