Pennsylvania resident accuses individual of negligence

PENNSYLVANIA — A woman is suing fellow motorist Brandon Camp, alleging negligence and insufficient measures taken to prevent injuries.

Diane Morris-Olive filed a complaint on July 20 in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania against the defendants alleging that they failed to properly control his vehicle causing it to hit plaintiff's car.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that, in July 31, 2014, she suffered severe physical injuries including cervical strain and sprain. The plaintiff holds Brandon Camp responsible because the defendants allegedly failed to apply his brakes to avoid his vehicle from colliding with plaintiff's car.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against the defendant for compensatory and punitive damages, court costs, interest, all other damages, and any further relief this court grants. She is represented by Gerald B. Baldino, Jr. of Sacchetta & Baldino in Media , Pennsylvania.
