PHILADELPHIA — A former employee is suing Lane's Valley Forge Aviation Inc. and company owners Sandra Jubb and Lane Richard Jubb Jr., alleging failure to pay proper overtime.

Joydeep Bose filed a complaint on July 20 in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania against the defendants, alleging that they failed to fairly compensate him for all his working hours.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that he worked for more than 40 hours per week but was not paid any overtime compensation. The plaintiff holds the defendants responsible for allegedly violating the Fair Labor Standards Act.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks unpaid wages, liquidated damages, court costs and any further relief the court grants. He is represented by Kevin I. Lovitz of The Lovitz Law Firm, P.C. in Philadelphia.
