PITTSBURGH — A former employee is suing Keystone Clearwater Solutions LLC, claiming the company failed to properly compensate him.

John J. Steiner filed a complaint in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania against Keystone Clearwater Solutions LLC, alleging that the employer violated the Fair Labor Standards Act.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that he worked for more than 40 hours per week without being paid any overtime premium. The plaintiff holds Keystone Clearwater Solutions LLC responsible because the defendant allegedly failed to pay him overtime wages as required by law.
