Government seeks loan repayment from man

PITTSBURGH — The federal government is suing William H. Domhoff, alleging unpaid debt.

The United States of America filed a complaint on July 27 in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania against Domhoff, alleging that he failed to settle his debt to the plaintiff.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that it suffered damages from unpaid debt. The plaintiff holds Domhoff responsible because he allegedly failed to pay the plaintiff for the principal amount of his debt plus interest.

The plaintiff seeks principal balance of $2,791.69, interest of $2,280.47 for a total balance of $5,072.16, attorney's fees at 30 percent of $5,072.16, court costs and any further relief this court grants. It is represented by Robert S. Bernstein of Bernstein-Burkley, P.C. in Pittsburgh.
