PHILADELPHIA — A man is suing TransUnion LLC, Experian Information Solutions Inc. and Bank of America Corporation, citing alleged defamation and negligent misrepresentation in consumer credit reporting.

Adam Holdridge filed a complaint in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania against the defendants, alleging that they reported inaccurate information regarding his credit history to third parties.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that he has suffered damages in the form of lost credit opportunities and damages to his credit reputation. The plaintiff holds the defendants responsible because they allegedly failed to correct inaccurate information regarding his credit history despite his dispute.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks statutory damages, actual damages, punitive damages, court costs and any further relief the court grants. He is represented by Mark D. Mailman and Erin A. Novak of Francis & Mailman, P.C. in Philadelphia.
