Driver Susan E. Wray accused of negligence in collision

Car accident 14

PITTSBURGH — A motorist is suing Susan E. Wray, alleging that the defendant is at fault in a collision.

Lorianne Kleppner filed a complaint on Sept. 2 in the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County against Susan E. Wray, alleging that the individual neglected a stop sign, causing her vehicle to strike the plaintiff's car.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on Oct. 7, 2014, she suffered serious physical injuries in a collision. The plaintiff holds Wray responsible because the defendant allegedly failed to keep a proper lookout and neglected to obey a stop sign.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against the defendant in an amount in excess of the jurisdictional limits of the court plus court costs and interest. She is represented by Cynthia M. Porta-Clark of Porta-Clark + Ward, LLC in Pittsburgh.
