HARRISBURG — A New York corporation is suing Salomon Lao, M.D., and Shann Lin, M.D., individually and d/b/a Progressive Vision Institute, citing alleged breach of contract.
P.M. Medical Billing Corp. filed a complaint in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania against the defendants, alleging that they breached their contractual agreement with the plaintiff by terminating their contract without a 90-day notice.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that in September 2015, P.M. Medical Billing Corp. suffered damages from the breach of contract. The plaintiff holds the defendants responsible because they allegedly have failed to pay what they owe to the plaintiff.
The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendants in the amount of $182,356.38 plus interest, $121,570.92 plus interest, court costs and any further relief this court grants.
