Fair Housing Partnership of Greater Pittsburgh accused of not paying rent

PITTSBURGH — A Pennsylvania corporation is suing Fair Housing Partnership of Greater Pittsburgh Inc., a Pennsylvania nonprofit, citing alleged breach of contract.

SJS Development Company Inc., t/a SJS Development Company, filed a complaint in the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County against Fair Housing Partnership of Greater Pittsburgh Inc., alleging that the nonprofit failed to pay full rent to the plaintiff.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that it has suffered monetary damages due to the unpaid rent. The plaintiff holds the defendant responsible for allegedly breaching its lease agreement with the plaintiff by failing to pay full rent plus late charges.

The plaintiff seeks $319,392.14 plus interest, attorney's fees of $31,939.21 and court costs. It is represented by Lori R. Miller of Rothman Gordon, P.C. in Pittsburgh.
