PITTSBURGH — A former employee is suing Killion and Sons Well Service Inc., alleging violation of wage laws.

Jordan T. Burgess filed a complaint in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania against Killion and Sons Well Service, Inc. alleging that the employer failed to fairly compensate the plaintiff for his work.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that, between November 2013 and September 2016, he was not paid any overtime wages during his employment. The plaintiff holds Killion and Sons Well Service Inc. responsible because the defendant allegedly failed to pay the plaintiff an overtime premium for hours worked in excess of 40 per week.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks all unpaid wages, overtime wages, interest, liquidated damages, court costs and any further relief this court grants. He is represented by Samuel J. Pasquarelli of Sherrard, German & Kelly, P.C. in Pittsburgh.
