Sysco alleges that invoices weren't paid

PITTSBURGH — Two businesses are suing Sauce Inc., d/b/a Sauce, and Clinton A. Pohl, citing alleged breach of contract.

Sysco Corporation and Sysco Pittsburgh LLC filed a complaint on Sept. 22 in the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County against the defendants, alleging that they failed to pay the plaintiffs for products and services.

According to the complaint, the plaintiffs allege that they suffered damages from unpaid invoices. The plaintiffs hold the defendants responsible for allegedly breaching their contractual agreement with the plaintiffs by failing to pay invoices.

The plaintiffs seek judgment against the defendants in the amount of $41,979.89 plus interest and court costs. They are represented by Suzanne L. De Walk, Christopher J. Davis and Jennifer P. Richnafsky of Sherrard, German & Kelly, P.C. in Pittsburgh.
