PITTSBURGH — A Pennsylvania corporation is suing Park Place Studios Inc., a design company, citing alleged breach of contract, failure to pay for completed work, and unpaid debt.
The Carpenter Connection Inc. filed a complaint on Oct. 6 in the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County against Park Place Studios Inc. alleging that the design company failed to settle its debt to plaintiff for services rendered.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that, between 2013 and 2016, The Carpenter Connection Inc. suffered monetary damages to its business. The plaintiff holds Park Place Studios Inc. responsible because the defendant allegedly breached its agreement with the plaintiff by failing to make a payment of $2,500 every two weeks.
The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against the defendant for the principal amount of $40,940 plus interest and court costs. It is represented by Bryan C. Devine of Del Sole Cavanaugh Stroyd LLC in Pittsburgh.
