Aionx Antimicrobial Technologies claims it is owed royalties

HARRISBURG — A Pennsylvania corporation has filed a lawsuit alleging breach of contract.

Aionx Antimicrobial Technologies Inc., f/k/a Argentum Cidal Electronics Inc., filed a complaint on Oct. 10 in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania against Pennsylvania company Puratec LLC, Daniel A. Pontecorvo, Paul Robertson and Edward Vresilovic, alleging that the defendants failed to pay royalties to the plaintiff.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that it suffered Aionx Antimicrobial Technologies, Inc. f/k/a Argentum Cidal Electronics, Inc. suffered damages due exclusive license agreement breach. The plaintiff holds the defendants responsible because they allegedly failed to pay royalties to the plaintiff, which has a patented antimicrobial technology.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against the defendants, an outstanding balance of $229,989.84, interest, court costs and any further relief the court grants. It is represented by Thomas A. French and Amanda J. Lavis of Rhoads & Sinon LLP in Harrisburg.
