PITTSBURGH — An investor is suing Wei Min Zou, an individual, citing alleged breach of contract, fraud and unjust enrichment.
David Lin filed a complaint on Oct. 11 in the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County against Wei Min Zou, alleging that the defendant failed to pay the plaintiff back for money invested in a water-park project.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that he suffered monetary damages. The plaintiff holds Wei Min Zou responsible because the defendant allegedly breached their contractual agreement when he failed to pay back the plaintiff for investing in the proposed project.
The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendant in an amount to be determined by the court plus interest and court costs. He is represented by Michael F. Santicola of Santicola, Steele & Fedeles P.C. in Beaver.
