444 Oxford Valley Road Trust LLC accused of breaching contract

PHILADELPHIA — A Texas company is suing 444 Oxford Valley Road Trust LLC, citing alleged breach of contract.

Ashford Bucks County LLC filed a complaint on Oct. 26 in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania against 444 Oxford Valley Road Trust LLC, alleging that the defendant failed to pay its share of common-area electric bills.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that it suffered monetary damages. The plaintiff holds 444 Oxford Valley Road Trust LLC responsible because the defendant allegedly breached its contractual agreement with the plaintiff by refusing to pay for electricity use.

The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendant in the amount of $112,926.57 plus any court costs and interest. It is represented by Daniel S. Bernheim and Jonathan J. Bart of Wilentz, Goldman & Spitzer, P.A. in Philadelphia.
