PITTSBURGH — A lawyer is suing former employer Keevican Weiss Bauerle & Hirsch LLC, a law firm, citing alleged breach of contract, unpaid wages and wrongly claiming payments that have kept him from receiving unemployment compensation.
Michael Yablonski filed a complaint on Oct. 13 in the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County against Keevican Weiss Bauerle & Hirsch LLC, alleging that the law firm underpaid him, paid him late and claimed payments that didn't occur.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that he suffered damages from not being paid agreed-upon wages and from inability to receive unemployment compensation, and holds Keevican Weiss Bauerle & Hirsch LLC responsible for these alleged damages.
The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendant. He is representing himself.
