PNC Bank, National Association claims estate administrator didn't pay mortgage

PITTSBURGH — A financial institution is suing Sharon Hunt, administratrix of the estate of Sandra I. McNeill, citing alleged breach of contract and unpaid debt.

PNC Bank, National Association, successor by merger to National City Bank, filed a complaint on Oct. 17 in the Court of Common Pleas Of Allegheny County against Hunt, alleging failure to pay a mortgage.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that it suffered damages due to a defaulted mortgage. The plaintiff holds the defendant responsible for the alleged failure to pay.

The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendant in the amount of $60,443.45 plus interest. It is represented by Brett A. Solomon of Tucker Arensberg, P.C. in Pittsburgh.
