PITTSBURGH – A Pittsburgh individual alleges a Morgan company did not honor a contract regarding the sale of a Pittsburgh property.
Narain Curges filed a complaint on Oct. 21 in the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County against Blest Investment Group LLC and Steven Harris alleging breach of contract, unjust enrichment and other counts.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that in 2014, he restored a property in conjunction with the defendants and that property sold for $275,000. The suit states the plaintiff received a check for $14,280 when the parties had agreed the profits would be evenly split.
The plaintiff holds Blest Investment Group LLC and Harris responsible because the defendants allegedly breached their contractual agreement with the plaintiff by failing to provide him the total costs, invoices or any receipt from the project.
The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendants. He is represented by Philip D. Luciano II of Swisher, Bauer & Luciano PLLC in Pittsburgh.
