Pittsburgh Steak Co. accused of not paying for goods

PITTSBURGH — A supplier is suing Pittsburgh Steak Co. Inc. and Dean Kostas, citing alleged breach of contract.

C.A. Curtze Co. filed a complaint on Oct. 24 in the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County against the defendants, alleging that they failed to pay in full for goods received from the plaintiff.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that it suffered monetary damages to its business. The plaintiff holds the defendants responsible because they allegedly failed to pay the plaintiff in full for received goods.

The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendant in the amount of $41,867.53 plus interest at the statutory rate of 6 percent per annum, court costs and any further relief this court grants. It is represented by Michael R. Lessa, John R. Keating, David A. Lovejoy, Daniel A. Wechsler and Benjamin J. Lewis of Amato Keating and Lessa, P.C. in Bethlehem.
