PITTSBURGH — A Pennsylvania corporation is suing Arizona company Protection Source LLC and co-owners Matthew S. Willes and Kristine Willes, citing alleged breach of contract.
Alarmax Distributors Inc. filed a complaint on Oct. 24 in the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County against the defendants, alleging that they failed to make a payment to the plaintiff.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that it suffered monetary damages to its business. The plaintiff holds the defendants responsible because they allegedly refused to pay their account balance based on their application for credit to the plaintiff.
The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendants in the amount of $166,025.43 plus interest, court costs and any further relief this court grants. It is represented by Matthew Junker of Fowkes Rodkey in Oakmont.
