PITTSBURGH — An Illinois company is suing Pennsylvania corporation Leadexcel Inc. and Ron Taylor Jr., citing alleged breach of contract.
TBF Financial LLC filed a complaint on Oct. 26 in the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County against the defendants, alleging that they failed to make a payment based on the agreed terms with the plaintiff.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that it suffered monetary damages. The plaintiff holds the defendants responsible because they allegedly failed to pay for the services provided by the plaintiff.
The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendants in the amount of $92,087.38 plus interest at the rate of 6 percent, plus court costs and any further relief this court grants.
