Champion Mortgage Company claims loan is in default

PITTSBURGH — A mortgage company is suing Donald B. Palke, known surviving heir of Shirley F. Palke, and unknown surviving heirs of Shirley F. Palke, citing alleged breach of contract.

Nationstar Mortgage LLC, d/b/a Champion Mortgage Company, filed a complaint on Oct. 27 in the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County against the defendants, alleging that they failed to make a payment on the mortgage of a property.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that it suffered monetary damages. The plaintiff holds the defendants responsible for allegedly allowing the mortgage to go into default.

The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendants in the amount of $118,069.37 plus interest and court costs and the foreclosure and sale of the mortgaged property. It is represented by Heidi R. Spivak of McCabe, Weisberg & Conway, P.C. in Philadelphia.
