Two claim Hogan & Associates owes them money

PITTSBURGH — Two Pennsylvania residents are suing John F. Hogan and Hogan & Associates, citing alleged breach of contract.

Joel Falatovich and Stefanie Myers filed a complaint on Nov. 4, in the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County against the defendants, alleging that they failed to pay the plaintiffs for monies owed.

According to the complaint, the plaintiffs allege that Joel Falatovich & Stefanie Myers suffered monetary damages. The plaintiffs hold John F. Hogan and Hogan & Associates responsible because the defendants allegedly failed to make installment payments of $2,500 per month based on their agreement with the plaintiffs.

The plaintiffs seek judgment against the defendants in the amount of $84,200. They are represented by Mark D. Shepard and Shannon A. DeHarde of Babst, Calland, Clements and Zomnir, P.C. in Pittsburgh.
