Guardian Protection Services alleges Louisiana company violated agreement

PITTSBURGH — A Pennsylvania corporation is suing USALARMS LLC, Mary Lynn Miglicco, Thomas L. Miglicco and Gary Hand, a Louisiana corporation and Louisiana residents, citing alleged breach of contract.

Electronic security company Guardian Protection Services Inc. filed a complaint on Nov. 8 in the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County against the defendants, alleging breach of a dealer agreement and breach of a non-solicitation agreement.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that Guardian Protection Services, Inc. suffered damages to their business. The plaintiff holds the defendants responsible for allegedly breaching their contractual agreement with the plaintiff by sharing vital information regarding the business with LA Alarms.

The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendants, an injunction, compensatory damages, court costs and any further relief this court grants. They are represented by Kevin C. Harkins of Cohen & Grigsby, P.C. in Pittsburgh.
