PITTSBURGH -- A Pennsylvania municipality and its tax administrator are suing Sullivan Super Service Inc., a Braddock-based plumbing company, alleging failure to file tax returns with the municipality for all or part of six years.
The Borough of Braddock and Berkheimer Tax Administrator filed a complaint on Nov. 14 in the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County against Sullivan Super Service Inc., alleging failure to pay business tax.
According to the complaint, the plaintiffs allege damages due to the defendant's failure to pay a business tax. The plaintiffs hold Sullivan Super Service Inc. responsible for allegedly failing to file returns with the borough for 2008, 2009, 2012, 2013, 2014 and the fourth quarter of 2010.
The plaintiffs seek judgment against the defendant for the payment of business tax plus penalties and interest, court costs and any further relief this court grants.
