PHILADELPHIA -- A married couple's lawsuit against Patrick Fall, DO; Graymark Healthcare Inc.; Foundation Surgery Affiliate of Huntingdon Valley LP; Foundation Surgery Affiliate General of Huntingdon Valley LLC; and FSA of Huntingdon Valley LLC alleges negligence in medical care.
