PHILADELPHIA — A married couple's lawsuit against Target Corporation alleges negligence in connection with a fall.
Horsham residents Randi Logan and Michael Logan filed a complaint on Dec. 23, in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania against Target Corporation, alleging that the defendant failed to clean a foreign substance that was left on the floor of one of its stores.
According to the complaint, the plaintiffs allege that on May 16, 2015, Randi Logan suffered physical injuries when she slipped and fell. The plaintiffs holds Target Corporation responsible because the defendant allegedly allowed the hazardous condition to exist and failed to provide adequate warning of it.
The plaintiffs request a trial by jury and seek judgment against the defendant in an amount that exceeds $75,000 plus interest, court costs and any further relief this court grants. They are represented by Brad S. Tabakin and Richard A. Wolfe of Tabakinwolfe LLP in Plymouth Meeting.
