PHILADELPHIA — A woman is suing TransUnion LLC, Experian Information Solutions Inc., Equifax Information Services LLC and Select Portfolio Servicing Inc., alleging violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act.

Barbara Leah Gavin filed a complaint on Jan. 12, in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania against the defendants, alleging that they reported inaccurate information regarding her credit history.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks actual damages, statutory damages, punitive damages, court costs and any further relief this court grants. She is represented by Mark D. Mailman and Geoffrey H. Baskerville of Francis & Mailman, P.C. in Philadelphia.
